Amy J. Nwora, Ph.D., OTR/L is a professor of Occupational Therapy and Health Professions Education at D’Youville University. Dr. Nwora’s recent research emphasis includes program and curriculum development in the health professions, as well as clinical practice. Her therapy practice focuses on children with behavioral health disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Nwora is dedicated to expanding education opportunities for disadvantaged students through her family’s not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization.
