Gregory Soja, PhD

Biography

Dr. Soja has taught at D'Youville since 2010. His primary teaching responsibilities include both first and second-semester general chemistry. 

Dr. Soja is a big sports enthusiast having once been a student athlete himself. He loves to get in a round of golf whenever he gets the chance. He enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees, and Buffalo Sabres. 

Dr. Soja resides in Hamburg NY with his wife and two children.

  • B.S. in Chemistry, Wagner College, 2004

Research Interests

My research interests are in the field of materials chemistry. More specifically, I am interested in the chemistry at surfaces and interfaces and the applications of this field to energy conversion and storage.
