Dr. Butler obtained his Pharm.D. at the University at Buffalo in 2021. He then went on to complete a PGY-1 community based pharmacy residency at Middleport Family Health Center in Middleport, NY. After his PGY-1, he completed a PGY-2 focused in ambulatory care at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Buffalo and finding new places to eat or just hanging out at home with his girlfriend and 4 cats.

Dr. Butler's research interests include quality improvement in primary care, social determinants of health, and the integration of asynchronous online and in-person learning.
