All D'Youville students are required to submit a health form and immunization records through our partner Complio.
In an effort to make submitting and maintaining your records simple, D'Youville has partnered with Complio to manage all required immunization records. Once you submit your records, you'll want to retain your login credentials so you can access your account throughout your studies, from updating your records to adding new records required for clinical rotations.
Students who do not satisfy the immunization requirements are not considered “health compliant” and will have a hold placed on their student account, preventing them from enrolling in any courses until they follow all the steps to become health compliant.
A pre-entrance physical examination is not required, but is recommended for your personal records. All students must meet New York State immunization requirements.

To submit your health records, simply visit the Complio website, click on "New Users" to create an account, and follow all the required steps.

Programs that Require Fieldwork
Should your program require field work, you will be contacted by your department with instructions on how to submit any additional records. Be sure to retain your login credentials, as you'll use those to update your records when you begin your fieldwork.
