The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining and processing:

  • student academic records
  • class schedules
  • course registrations
  • grades
  • transcripts
  • diplomas

Our Mission

The Registrar's Office serves to support the mission of D'Youville by ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity, safeguarding academic records and by providing accessible and reliable administrative services while striving to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, administration, alumni and the community.

Our student-centric philosophy is to provide efficient service in a courteous, fair and equitable manner. We work closely with all departments in a manner based on the principles of fairness, good stewardship, and a commitment to excellence.

The Registrar's Office ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all education records as they are defined under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Registrar's Office is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
